Quite simply, the game is amazing. It honestly has to be one of the best (if not THE best) NES side-scroller I have ever played. Even if it's in Japanese, play it for yourself. I guarantee you'll be impressed.

I didn't make this game, Hector did. I don't want the thing distributed with the ROM cuz that's just bad and I'd never do it so you shouldn't cuz it's illegal and all that crap. Umm... how's that?
