5:10 PM - LODOSS WAR... - Dream Doctor
One of the BEST RPGs out there, Record of Lodoss War, has finally been cracked. Many groups such as PL Trans. Force (now seems to be dead) have tried to hack the font compression, but were unsuccessful, now FH, the ASM hacker responsible for many titles, has done it.

11:54 PM - English Translations - Jandar
I try to keep the translations archive as complete as possible, but apparently I had fallen slightly behind recently. Anyway, I've been working the past few days to bring the English Translations archive up to date, and the update is pretty much done. I'm getting the last few SNES translations added, but at that point I should have all "known" translation projects inluded in the archive. Also, don't forget to make us e of the new Translations Search Engine. Most of the bugs have been worked out, and it continues to improve.

It seems like it's been ages since we've seen any sign of activity from the multi-arcade emulator Raine, but as of today a new version was released. According to the Raine page, this version really hasn't been tested well, if at all, but it's been so long since the last release, and the author has so little free time these days, that he just released it anyway. Beware, however, that there may be some problems in this release. It can be downloaded here, and also found in the Raine section.

12:51 PM - Turkey and Translations - Jandar
There are two very important things about today. One of them is a holiday. In my part of the world, at least, it is Thanksgiving, the day when we're all supposed to think about the things we're thankful for. Als o, today I finished the brand new format for the translation archives. The new Translations search engine is the only one of it's kind. In my opinion it is the best you will find on any site. You now have the ability to search for translations based on the system the translations are for, the name of the game being translated, the percent of the game that has been translated, and also the name of the group doing the translation. I wrote the script in the last half hour, so if there are still some bugs, be patient, they will be weeded out. However, all preliminary tests went over perfectly. Also, this search engine is only the most visible of the changes made to the translations archive. The entire archive has been reformated over the past few weeks, as you may have noticed, and it opens the door to countless changes that we could implement in the near future. How would you like to choose between 4-5 different formats for the translation archive, a nd have the choice saved in a cookie and restored every time you visit? That's just one of my many ideas for the future, and I think they will help to make the SGC translation archive the best of it's kind. Thank's for your support!
