As quoted on the site, "The FXer PC-FX Emulation Project is a project dedicated to creating a fully-functioning PC-FX emulator for the Intel/x86 platform." This will have some of you jumping for joy, and others scratching their heads in confusion. The NEC PC-FX was a system released only in Japan that was intended to be the successor to what we knew as the Turbografx 16 (PC Engine in Japan).
