20:25 - FCE Ultra 0.75 - Tempest
The NES emulator FCE Ultra has been updated to version 0.75. More information about what's new and the emulator itself are both available at the FCE Ultra homepage.

15:34 - Gens 1.70 and Kega 0.02 - Tempest
Gens, a Genesis/Sega CD emulator has been updated to version 1.70. This version's Sega CD compatibility list is right here.

Also, Kega by Steve Snake has been updated to verison 0.02. I realize this is rather old news, and I apologize for my profound lack of attention. =P

15:21 - Cygne 2.1 - Tempest
What is quite possibly the best Wonderswan Color emulator out there has been updated. Cygne 2.1 has been released with a large list of changes, which can be viewed at the Cygne Homepage. Among these is a fix to the sprite window animation, so the battle sprites in FF1 are now displayed! More info and the emulator download are available at above link.

6:07 - The FXer Project - Tempest
Aaron Nanto, webmaster of Pcenginefx.com recently announced the beginning of a project named FXer. As quoted on the site, "The FXer PC-FX Emulation Project is a project dedicated to creating a fully-functioning PC-FX emulator for the Intel/x86 platform." This will have some of you jumping for joy, and others scratching their heads in confusion. The NEC PC-FX was a system released only in Japan that was intended to be the successor to what we knew as the Turbografx 16 (PC Engine in Japan).
