12:20 PM - Translations Progress - Jandar
The French translations archive has made amazing progress so far today. Right now I am still in the process of bringing the French SNES translations up to date, but all other systems should be entirely complete (with all French translations that I know of). I am also beginning work on the Swedish translations archive.

I have begun yet another of my insane translation patch update frenzies (which generally occur at seemingly random intervals). I started off by bringing the Danish Translation section up to date. I will now move on to other languages and then conclude with a mad rush to bring the English translations entirely up to date.

Some news has been posted on the Laser homepage about the emulator's progress. The game 'Laser' is now supported by this multi-arcade emulator. More complete information on the progress of this emulator can be found on the Laser WIP page.

The Windows port of MAME has also been updated to version 0.37b5, which can now be found on the MAME32 homepage. It will also go into our MAME section.

VICE, a Commodore 64 emulator for a variety of platforms, has been updated to version 1.5, which can currently be located upon the VICE homepage.

Version 0.37b5.1 of Xmame/Xmess has been released, and is available from the Xmame/Xmess homepage. This should bring the port up to speed with the DOS version.

7:33 PM - Hu-Go! DOS Release - Jandar
Version 1.28 of the DOS Hu-Go! port has been released, and can currently be found on the Hu-Go! homepage. The latest version of this DOS port will soon be found in our TG-16 emulators section, and the Linux version should be updated in the near future to parallel this DOS release.

A new version of the Genesis emulator Gens was released today, and until I get it added to our Genesis emulators section you can find it on the Gens homepage. Here's what's new in this release:

7:17 PM - Laser Releases - Jandar
In the past two days, two new versions of the Space Invaders emulator Laser have been released. The latest version of this emulator is version 0.8, and is currently available from the Laser homepage. When I get home this evening I will add this version to our Arcade emulators section.

7:13 PM - MAME Release [0.37b5] - Jandar
A new version of the popular multi-arcade emulator MAME was released today. Beta 5 version 0.37 is currently available from the MAME homepage, and I will be adding it to our MAME section as soon as possible. This release adds support for dozens of new games, too long a list, in fact, to include here. More information on the newly added games and clones can be found in the documentation of this emulator.

1:47 PM - z26 Release - Jandar
Version 1.37 of z26, an Atari 2600 emulator for DOS, has been released, and I've added it to our Atari 2600 emulators section. The source code is also available. Here's what's new in this release:

11:37 AM - NO$GMB Release - Jandar
Although "discontinued" at one point in the recent past, NO$GMB, a gameboy emulator for DOS and Windows, has been updated to version 2.5. The latest version of this emulator can currently be found on the NO$GMB homepage. Once I get home I will add it to our DOS and Windows Gameboy emulator sections.

7:50 PM - EX68 Release [2.11] - Jandar
Version 2.11 of EX68, an X68000 emulator for windows, has been released, and I've added it to our X68000 emulators section. Due to related information being in Japanese, I don't particularly know what has changed in this version.

7:44 PM - Snes9x Release - Jandar
A new version of the Windows Snes9x port was recently released, and I've added version 1.30 of this emulator to our SNES emulators section. There is a long list of changes in this version, which can be found on the Snes9x homepage.

11:37 AM - Finally, the Emulator Netplay Active List has been made - Airety
Finally working towards my dream, I have created the Emulator Netplay Activelist. Activelists are groups focusing on a current interest using ICQ. You will need the latest version of ICQ and also SNES9x and Nesticle (Windows Versions ONLY; both emulators can be downloaded right here on this page). If you have a particular game in mind, make sure you also have that ROM with you (Sorry, we cannot provide ROMs on this website, but people on the list may be willing to help you.)

Well, I have been having some personal problems that need to be worked out before I can continue with the NSF's section, but because I have one, here's a table file for Super Street Fighter 2: The New Challengers! Boycott v.63b MacOS has been released. The new version of Richard Bannister's Gameboy emulator fixes a bug that caused horrible sound quality when Virtual Memory was on, and it also fixes the bug that caused InputSprocket to be required.

Version 0.54b of Meka, a GG/SMS emulator, has been released to the public. Registered users have had this version for a while, but as of yesterday it was added to the Meka homepage for downloading.

Version 2.10 of EX68, a Windows based emulator for the X68000 system, has been released, and can be currently found on the EX68 homepage. Next chance I get I will add it to our X68000 emulators section as well. I don't really know what has been updated in this release because all information about this emulator is in Japanese.

The Mac version of iNES has been updated to version 1.2. This version adds improved Famicom Disk System support, although Disk System roms are still read as read-only.

Well, sort of. I'm not doing anything new on my site (Klepto Software) at the moment. Hopefully that will change, as I hope to be done with this whole ordeal later today. I'm currently posting from my work. For those of you who didn't hear on my site, my personal life fell apart this weekend. But, if all goes well today, I hope I'll get the chance to do more updates on the SGC as soon as I get home.

MAME32 (The Windows port of MAME) has been brought up to version 0.37 beta 4, which can be found on the MAME32 homepage. They have skipped several updates to the DOS version, as MAME32 hasn't actually been updated since the release of version 0.36 final. However, they have now caught up to the DOS version it seems.

A new version of TuxNES and its source code have been released publically, and can be found currently on the TuxNES homepage. Version 0.74 has the following improvements over the previous version:

Another release of a Japanese emulator. Those seem to be popular these days =). G-NES has been updated to version 0.34, and I've updated it in our NES emulators section. Actually, this emulator has both an English and a Japanese port.

A new version of DBOY was released recently, and I've updated it upon the Gameboy emulators page. The latest version released is version 0.63. Once again, information regarding this emulator is in Japanese, and thus I don't know what has changed.

Updated version of the X68000 emulator EX68 have been fast and furious lately. The latest version seems to be version 2.09, which was apparently released within the past hour or so. This latest version can be found in our X68000 emulators section. Unfortunately I know very little about this particular emulator because the site and documentation are in Japanese.

1:51 PM - New Table File - PKT Paladin
I didn't expected Yandar to come back today, so I still am going to update the Tables section. Hooray! For all of you lucky folks, I have the table file for R-Type 2 on Gameboy. Go download it and hack the ROM, it's fun!

5:44 PM - DBOY v.62u released - PKT Paladin
Although I like to tell myself and others I have just met, I don't actually know japanese, so I can't tell you what is new, but there are new things to the emulator. This emulator is available in the Gameboy MS-DOS emulators section (for those of us who just want to skip the crap and go straight to the page, click here).

12:56 PM - NSF Tool v 1.1 released - PKT Paladin
NSF Tool is a nice little utility that lets you edit the information stored inside NSF files. It is not an NSF player, so it can be found in the NES Utilities section. Here's what's new:



If NSF Tool doesn't work, visit their web site and read about the essential files you may need to run it.

12:32 PM - Today's Table - PKT Paladin
This update gets shorter and shorter each time, huh? Well, I guess you're used to the same crap I say every update by now, so I'll just announce the table and then be ahead on my way=). Today's new table file, which can (as usual) be found in the Table Files section, is for the Gameboy game Worms. I'd enjoy this game more if I could figure out how to switch weapons, but the game's still fun nevertheless.

12:15 AM - SegaEMU v.50 released. - PKT Paladin
This isn't my section, but I decided that tables aren't enough to help Yandar. SegaEmu v.50, which is a Sega Multi-console emulator, has been released. Wanna know what's new? I thought so:
