     converts pasofami files to famicom format

  usage
        famconv FILENAME options

     options
        100  famicom.exe version 1 format
        140  famicom.exe version 2 format (default)


  an example
        PACMAN.CHR + PACMAN.PRG -> PACMAN.FAM

     version 1 format
        C:\>famconv.exe pacman 100

     version 2 format
        C:\>famconv.exe pacman 140
        C:\>famconv.exe pacman
