QND sports an easy to use TUI, support for the latest extensions to the iNES file format, and is constantly being updated. QND also can convert iNES format ROM images to Doctor PCJR format, a feature unique to QND. Other file formats will be added in the future. QND is currently freeware. 2.) How to use QND. Operation of QND is pretty much self explanatory. Just type "qnd" followed by the filename of the iNES format ROM image. In the interactive TUI, use your keyboard's arrow keys to move up and down, and "+" and "-" to change the value of the selected field. When you are finished, simply push "s" to save the header, or "x" to exit QND. a.) System requirements. 386/16 or higher PC 2-4 MB of RAM A color graphics card that can display text 300 KB of disk space MS-DOS 5.0 or equivalent A DPMI host(CWSDPMI or Windows{running in protected mode}) 3.)
