This program is a snes tile editor. This can be used to do traduction
version of the games.

Keys
----

ESC  -> Exit.
F2   -> Save the fixed game to a file called : fixed.smc

1    -> Decode 16 colors tiles.
2    -> Decode 4 colors tiles.

n    -> Up a screen.
m    -> Down a screen.
UP   -> Up a line.
DOWN -> Down a line.

Editor screen:

Exit  -> Go to main screen.
Save  -> Save the changes to memory.
FlipX -> Not Implemented.
FlipY -> Not Implemented.
